And for the adults in the family looking for something a bit more their relaxed speed, News 10 also reports that a boat and Tiki bar hybrid recently launched in Lake George. Boaters now have the opportunity to simply drop their anchor and hop onto the Tiki bar for a relaxing drink right in the middle of the lake.
The floating Lake George Tiki bar is the first of its kind in the Northeast, and the third to open anywhere in the United States. The bars at Lake George are partly owned by Larry Davis, who first saw them in Florida. He immediately saw an opportunity to bring them to the Adirondacks and is now a registered dealer of the bar boats. Now, anyone with around $20,000 can have a floating bar of their own. Or, you can just stop by for a drink, snap a selfie, and become the envy of all your Instagram followers.
